Mentoring Community

Our purpose is to empower the next generation of students and global communities to shape our shared, sustainable energy future. The mentoring community connects professionals with student teams working on relevant project topics, enabling mentors to share their expertise to foster critical thinking and innovative designs. Mentors are encouraged to facilitate discussions by exploring new perspectives on a problem without providing answers or deliverables.

  • Degree of knowledge transfer &

  • Degree of coaching on their competition projects but also benefit from mentoring type of approach on how they think about their career
