Don Victory has a 40-year career as an energy and engineering professional. He has a BS Chemical Engineering Degree from The University of Connecticut, 1981.

Ian Kiprono, a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from Marwadi University, is a rising leader and innovator. As Founder at Vaulrix, he is passionate about life-enhancing products and systems. Ian is driven to converge sustainable engineering and human well-being, and is ready to drive positive change in the energy sector.

Judith P.

Judith collaborates with leaders in the energy industry to optimize capital project execution and enhance profitability through digital solutions at AspenTech. Previously, she led project teams on significant domestic and international initiatives at innovative companies. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Abantika is a 5th-year Bachelor of Architecture student at BIT Mesra with a passion for sustainable design, public spaces, and community engagement. She brings her creativity, research, and collaboration skills to support Energy Mentors’ initiatives.

Prashant Chaudhary

Prashant serves as Participants Community Engagement & Support Manager at Energy Mentors, where he focuses on strengthening outreach and enhancing the Knowledge Resources section. A former NCC leader, he has commanded drill competitions and trained cadets, experiences that shaped his discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills. Passionate about sustainability and community-driven impact, Prashant brings a blend of technical insight, attention to detail, and commitment to advancing Energy Mentors’ mission of empowering communities through clean energy solutions.
